Beginning in the fall of a high school student's senior year with the completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, there are several checkpoints along the way.

The FAFSA Application will be available online at beginning in December. Don't forget to list our federal school code (003166) on your FAFSA.
To be considered for the Oklahoma Tuition Aid Grant (OTAG), you must file your FAFSA. OTAG funds are limited and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Awards will be made until funds are depleted.
File completion deadline for best consideration for campus-based federal funds (FSEOG and federal work-study) and endowed scholarships for the upcoming award year. The funding for these programs are limited; students who have complete and accurate files in the Office of Financial Aid by this date are the most likely to receive assistance from these programs.
Priority deadline for summer school enrollment will be at the beginning of April each year. To have your financial aid packaged by the start of the summer term, you must have your file completed by this date.
Priority deadline for financial aid applications each academic year will be at the beginning of June. To have your financial aid packaged by the start of the fall term, you must return all requested documents for your file to the Office of Financial Aid by this date.
